Report Overview
The Weekly User Action report provides information on what content and new items users are viewing in the Library.
NOTE: the Weekly User Action report was formerly known as the User Action report.
n support of report performance optimizations, user action data is now available in weekly increments, only. If you need support pulling monthly user action data, please contact your Documoto Customer Success Manager or Documoto Support at support@documoto.com.
Report Use Cases
The Weekly User Action report can be used to:
- Monitor and track content views
- Understand which content (parts, pages, chapters and media) provide users with the most value and in turn, where efforts are best spent in Technical Publications
- For example, high volume usage of certain books or assemblies can alert to me to potential patterns with assembly or equipment problems
- Monitor and track news items views
Report Parameters
All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.

| Usernames | Optional | Comma-delimited entry for multiple Usernames values |
| Week Start Date | Required | Date selector to pull in seven (7) days of data from start date |
