Report Overview
The Top 100 Users by Login Report displays login counts for users in your tenant. It will also include additional details that include the following:
- Organization Name: Name of the Organization the User belongs to
- Usernames: User that logged into Documoto
- Last Login: The date of the users last login
- Month: The month of the last login for the user
- Year: The year of the last login for the user
- Login Count: Total number of logins for the user
Documoto Admin users are excluded from report results.
Report Use Cases
The Top 100 Users by Login Report should be utilized for customers who conduct the following:
- See which users, customers, or dealers are logging in the most frequently for a given time range
- See which users are logging in the most by organization
Report Parameters
All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows.
If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.
