Report Overview
The Table of Contents Report displays additional information pertaining to the chapters, pages, and correlating tags associated to the content in a book. For a list of those columns and their descriptions, refer to the list below:
- Chapter Name: Name of your chapter in the the first available locale
- Page ID: Documoto unique identifier generated by the database
- Page Filename: Unique value for the page filename set by the author
- Page Name: Name of the page in the the first available locale
- Page Tag Name: Tags associated to the page in the media
- Page Tag Value: Tag values associated to the page in the media
Multiple page tag values will display as additional rows for that page.
The TOC Report supports nested chapters up to 10 levels deep. Any chapters nested deeper than that will not appear in order.
Report Use Cases
The Table of Contents Report should be utilized for customers who conduct the following:
- Quality Control of their published and created content. This report allows users to get a high-level overview of the chapter and page content within a book for audit and review purposes.
Report Parameters
All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.
