Product Pages Report

Report Overview

The Product Pages Report displays columns of information associated to the product pages in your tenant.  For a list of those columns and their descriptions, refer to the below list:

  • Product Identifier: Unique identifier assigned to a product page
  • Product ID:  Unique ID assigned to a product page
  • Created Date:  MM/DD/YYYY the product page was first created
  • Updated Date:  MM/DD/YYYY the product page was last modified
  • Product Category: Name of the associated product category
  • Language Name: Full language name for the translation locale
  • Language Code 4: Four-character language/locale code
  • Name:  Localized display name/title of the product page
  • Thumbnail Filename: File name of the product page thumbnail image
  • Tag Name: Name of the tag associated with the product page
  • Tag Value: Formatted value for the tag, including prefix, bounds, suffix, and value details
  • Related Media Identifier: Identifier for related media linked to the product page

Report Use Cases 

The Product Pages Report can be used to:

  • Perform quality control checks on product pages configuration and metadata, including related media, tags, and thumbnails.

Report Parameters

All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.

Parameter Parameter Type Notes
Product Name Optional Comma-delimited entry for multiple product page names
Product Category Optional Comma-delimited entry for multiple product categories
Created Date
 Optional Displays product pages that were created on or after  the selected date
Updated Date Optional Displays product pages that were lasted updated on or before the selected date

Created Date and Updated Date parameters can be used together to filter your results based on product pages that were last updated within a date range.
