Report Overview

The Product Pages Access Controls Report displays columns of information associated to the product pages in your tenant.  For a list of those columns and their descriptions, refer to the below list:

  • Product Page Identifier: Unique identifier assigned to a product page
  • Product ID:  Unique ID assigned to a product page
  • Created Date:  MM/DD/YYYY the product page was first created
  • Updated Date:  MM/DD/YYYY the product page was last modified
  • Product Category: Name of the associated product category
  • Product Page Name: Display name/title of the product page
  • Organization: Name of the organization associated with the access control assignment
  • User Group: Name of the user group granted access to the product page

Report Use Cases 

The Product Pages Access Controls Report can be used to:

  • Perform quality control on access controls settings for product pages.
  • Extract augmented and enriched product pages access control data that exists in Documoto (ex. organizations and user group(s)) to use in other systems or other purposes. 

Report Parameters

All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.

Parameter Parameter Type Notes
Product Category Optional Comma-delimited entry for multiple product categories
Created Date
 Optional Displays product pages that were created on or after  the selected date
Updated Date Optional Displays product pages that were lasted updated on or before the selected date
Organization(s) Optional Comma-delimited entry for multiple organizations associated with the access control records
User Group(s) Optional Comma-delimited entry for multiple user groups associated with the access control records

Created Date and Updated Date parameters can be used together to filter your results based on product pages that were last updated within a date range.
