Report Overview
The Part Tag Report displays columns of information associated to the parts in your tenant. For a list of those columns and their descriptions, refer to the below list:
- Part ID: Unique Identifier Documoto assigns to a part
- Part Number: Identifier associated to the part
- Part Name: Name of the part
- Supplier Key: Supplier associated to the part
- Tag Name: Indicates the Tag associated to a part
- Tag Value: Indicates the Tag Value associated to the part
The Part Tag Report will display one row per tag value and locale/name for the part.
Report Use Cases
The Part Tag Report can be used to:
- Quality Control published and created content. This report provides users with a high-level overview of what part tags have been created and may need to be updated.
- Extract augmented and enriched part data that exists in Documoto (ex. part tags) to use in other systems or other purposes.
Report Parameters
All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.
