In Documoto Admin Center, the Page Editor allows users to manage and edit a variety of Page level attributes. This articles describes the available Page properties (what you can view/edit) and actions you can perform on a Page.

Accessing Page Properties and Actions
- Within Documoto, go to Admin Center > Content > Pages
- Select a Page.
- Select the desired Property or Action from the sub-navigation menu.
Page Properties
Info
- View and edit the general properties and attributes of a Page
- Type: Page type (e.g. Parts Page, Document, Image, etc.)
- Page File: An ID for the Page
- Thumbnail: Image displayed in Library, including search results, Page Info, and Book TOC
- Translations: the translated display names and descriptions for the Page
- Tags: The metadata or keywords used for searching and/or filtering
The Page File and Name create a unique ID for a Page
Page Viewer
- Displays the associated diagram(s) or 3D Model, hotpoints, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Page.
Available only for Parts Pages types
Page Builder
- Allows you to access the BOM, 3D Model, Illustrations, and Hotpoints of a Page in Draft status.
Available only for Parts Page types
Comments
- Create, view, edit, or delete comments for the Page.
Related
- Create, view, edit or delete Media related to the Page
Attachments
- Allows you to:
- Attach a file from your local computer to the Page
- View existing attachments and download the file(s), as needed
- Edit existing attachments
- Delete existing attachments
Where Used
- Lists the Books that contain the Page
Page Actions
Bulk Insert
- Allows users to insert the selected Page elsewhere or substitute it for another Page.
Copy Page
- Create a duplicate of an existing Page.
- Requires a new unique Page File name.
