Media Report

Report Overview

The Media Report displays translations and tag information for the content in your tenant.  It will also include additional details that include the following:

  • Media ID:  Documoto Unique Identifier generated by the database
  • Media Identifier:  Unique Identifier for the piece of media you have created
  • Filename/URL: The Filename/URL for any static content such as Document, External Media, Image, or Video
  • Media Type:  Indicates whether a piece of media is a Document, Book , External Media, Image, or Video
  • Created Date:  Logged date in which the media was created
  • Last Updated Date:  Logged date in which the media was updated
  • Locale:  Available translations associated to the piece of media
  • Media Name:  Name of the media
  • Media Description:  Additional details/description for the piece of media
  • Tag Name:  Tags associated to the piece of media
  • Media Tag Value:  Tag values associated to the piece of media

Report Use Cases

The Media Report should be utilized for customers who conduct the following:

  1. Quality Control of their published and created content.  This report allows users to get a high-level overview of what has been created and what may need to be updated
  2. Distribute available content to users that need to know what collateral exists on the equipment they support.  These users are often Aftermarket Sales and/or Customer Support teams.

Report Parameters

All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.
