Report Overview
The Media Access Controls report displays which media are assigned to which media category(s) and which organization(s) have access to that media.
Report Use Cases
The Media Access Controls report can be used to:
- Verify that content is assigned to the appropriate organizations (and therefore users)
- Verify that content is assigned to the appropriate media categories (and therefore user groups)
- Generate a list of media that are not assigned to any organizations in its access controls settings
- Generate a list of media that are not assigned to any media categories in its access controls settings
Report Parameters
All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.
