Report Overview

The Login Session Details report provides login session information in order to monitor for inappropriate usage of the tenant. By being able to track the IP addresses that users are using to access the tenant, you can see if logins are being shared with a person from a different country or at different IP addresses than expected, and then revoke access if needed. 

 

The Logout Date column is only filled out when the user intentionally logs out of Documoto. Session expiration date and time (at the end of 8 hours) is not captured in this field.

Report Use Cases

The Login Session Details report can be used to: 

  • Track regional usage growth
  • Track IP addresses to ensure Customer logins are not being used by inappropriate users

Report Parameters

All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.
