How to Set a Default Order or Quote Form

This article describes how administrators can set a default Order Form and/or a default Quote Form that will automatically be assigned to all organizations - unless an organization override is in place.

The default Order and/or Quote Form can be overridden at the organization level (Admin Center > Users > Organization > select organization > Order/Quote Forms).

How to Set a Default Order or Quote Form

Documoto allows one default to be set for each type of form - one (1) default Order Form and one (1) default Quote Form. 

  1. Within Documoto Admin Center, go to Storefront Admin > Order/Quote Forms.
  2. Identify the Order or Quote Form you wish to set as the default and click Set as Default.
  3. The default Order or Quote Form will be indicated by a Default label.
