The 'Enable Library Beta Features' user group permission allows administrators to:
- Grant early access to beta features in the Documoto Library, giving select user groups an opportunity to explore and provide feedback prior to release
- Enable users to share feedback and shape improvements before the full release
- Allows time to prepare end user announcements and/or training materials ahead of new feature releases.
Best Practices for Enabling Library Beta Features
- Create a dedicated user group, such as: "Beta Access", specifically for users who will explore beta features
- Only enable beta features for internal users
How to Enable Library Beta Features
- Within Documoto Admin, go to: Users > User Groups.
- Either create a new User Group (e.g. "Beta Access") or select an existing User Group to update.
- Check the box for the Enable Library Beta Features permission.
- Click Save.
