AI-Powered Search for PDF Documents is now available in Beta Access, and Documoto is collecting feedback to inform future AI-Powered Search development and enhancements.
Documoto currently only supports AI-Powered Search for PDF Documents. Each PDF must be enabled individually. There is no bulk enable option at this time.

How to Enable AI-Powered Search for PDF Documents
In the Admin Center...
- Go to Content > Media
- Search for and select the PDF Document you wish to enable AI-Powered Search for.
- In the Media Info section, scroll to Enable AI-Powered Search
- Click Enable
- Click Save
Default is equal to Disable for this setting.
