How to Configure Report an Issue

This article describes how to configure Report an Issue in the Documoto Admin Center.

Note: Report an Issue is configured in the Tenant Settings,
these settings control tenant-wide properties and behaviors.
Use care when making changes.

How to Configure Report an Issue

  1. Within the Documoto Admin Center, go to System > Publisher Contact Email
  2. Toggle on to enable the Report an Issue button for content in the Library
  3. Enter the default email address that will receive emails when content issues are reported
  4. Click Save
Note: If Report an Issue is toggled off, the Report an Issue
button in the Library will be disabled and not be visible
to any users.
