How to Assign an Order/Quote Form to an Organization

This article describes how to assign an existing Order or Quote Form to one, or many, organization(s). 

If a default Order Form and/or a default Quote Form is not set, consider assigning an Order and Quote Form to every organization.

How to Assign an Order/Quote Form to an Organization

  1. Within Documoto Admin Center, go to Users > Organizations > select organization > Order/Quote Forms.
  2. To assign an Order Form to the organization, enable Override Order Form and select an Order Form.
  3. To assign a Quote Form to the organization, enable Override Quote Form and select a Quote Form.
  4. Click Save.
