If you have lost or forgotten your Documoto password, follow these simple steps to reset it.
You will need to know your Documoto username to reset your password.
If you are unsure of your username, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@documoto.com.

How to Reset Your Password
- On the Documoto login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your username and click Submit.
- Click the Reset Password link in the email you receive from noreply@documoto.com.
- Note: the reset link can only be used once and must be used within 2 hours.
- Enter your new password twice and click Reset.
Password Requirements
To keep your account secure, your password must include:

Minimum of 8 characters

At least 1 uppercase letter

At least 1 lowercase letter

At least 1 special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
