To maintain system performance and data efficiency, Documoto applies standard retention periods to certain Data Insights Reports. As a result, some historical log data is automatically removed over time.

Login Sessions Details Report
- Data Retention: 14 months
- Impact: Reports with a start or end date older than 14 months from today will return zero results
- Example: If today is July 30, 2025, data is only available from May 30, 2024 onward

Weekly User Action Report
- Data Retention: 48 months (4 years)
- Impact: Reports with a start or end date older than 48 months from today will return zero results
- Example: If today is July 30, 2025, data is only available from July 30, 2021 onward

Why These Data Retention Limits Exist
- Due to the high volume of data collected for these reports, historical log data is cleansed on a rolling basis.
