The Admin Center Dashboard is only available to users with Administrator or Publisher permissions

How to Access the Admin Center Dashboard
- Within the Documoto Library, go to Admin > Admin Center.
- The Dashboard will open automatically.
Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is organized into five (5) primary sections:
- Content
- Users
- Release Notes
- Recently Edited
- Quick Links & Resources
Each section is described in detail below.
Content
This section displays counts of content types created in your tenant.
Content Metrics
| Metric | Metric Description |
| Total Items | Total number of all content items in the tenant |
| Parts | Total number of unique parts in the tenant |
| Pages | Total number of interactive part pages in the tenant |
| Media | Total number of media items (e.g. books, documents, images, microsites, & videos) in the tenant |
Users
This section displays counts of users, publishers, and organizations.
Users Metrics
| Metric | Metric Description |
| Users | Total number of enabled users in the tenant |
| Publishers | Total number of users with Publisher permissions in the tenant |
| Organizations | Total number of organizations in the tenant |
Release Notes
This section provides a historical log of release notes, detailing product enhancements, updates, and bug fixes.
Recently Edited
This section displays recently modified content - including Parts, Pages, and Media. It provides a convenient way for users to quickly access and resume work on recently edited items to streamline publishing workflows.
Recently Edited is only accessible to users with Publisher permissions

This section provides access to the Documoto Library and links to helpful resources. Each resource is detailed below.
Resources
All resources open in a new browser tab

| Library | Opens the Documoto Library home page |
| Documoto Academy | Opens the self-service training platform, "Documoto Academy", for Administrators and Publishers |
| Help Center | Opens the Documoto Support Center where you can submit a support ticket and access the Knowledge Base |
| Submit Feedback | Opens the Product Feedback Forum where you can submit an enhancement request or vote on existing feature requests |
| System Status | Opens the Documoto Status Page where you can view system status for the Production & Integration environments and subscribe to maintenance updates for new product releases |
