Documoto supports the following image file types: JPG, PNG, or GIF
Image Size Considerations
Before configuring imagery in your tenant, please consider the following:
- Part, page, chapter, media and template thumbnail images uploaded to Documoto are stored at their actual image size.
- In the Library, Documoto scales thumbnail images, regardless of their original image size, to anywhere from 128px X 128px to 256px X 250px, depending on the user's device and browser.
- In Search Results, Documoto scales thumbnail images to 48px X 48px, regardless of the user's device and browser.
- Users can right-click on any thumbnail image and open it in a new browser tab to view the image at its original size uploaded to Documoto.
