Supported Image File Types

Documoto supports the following image file types: JPG, PNG, or GIF

Image Size Considerations

Before configuring imagery in your tenant, please consider the following:

Part, page, chapter, media and template thumbnail images uploaded to Documoto are stored at their actual image size.
In the Library, Documoto scales thumbnail images, regardless of their original image size, to anywhere from 128px X 128px to 256px X 250px, depending on the user's device and browser.
In Search Results, Documoto scales thumbnail images to 48px X 48px, regardless of the user's device and browser.
Users can right-click on any thumbnail image and open it in a new browser tab to view the image at its original size uploaded to Documoto.
