Report Overview
The Book Export Report displays translations and tag information for the content in your tenant. It will also include additional details that include the following:
- Print Job ID: Documoto Unique Identifier generated by the database
- Created Date: Logged date in which the media was created
- Usernames: User that exported the book to PDF in Documoto
- Trigger Group: The print job name
- Organization Name: Name of the Organization the User belongs to
- Media Identifier: Unique Identifier for the piece of media you have created
- Chapter Name: The exported Chapter name in Documoto
Report Use Cases
The Chapter Export Report should be utilized for customers who conduct the following:
- See which chapters are being exported most often and by which users - helpful for understanding what Technicians, Dealers, or End Users are using
- Monitor for unexpected usage patterns - like users exporting large volumes of chapters that wouldn't be expected
Report Parameters
All Documoto reports are limited to 250,000 rows. If the report exceeds the 250,000 row limit, use the below filters to refine the report parameters.
