Users with publishing access routinely create new pages and have an immediate need to update a Table of Contents or create a Hotpoint Link with these pages. In these cases, a page may not always index immediately (i.e. they are still being synced to the search database in Documoto). As of Documoto's 1.01473 Release, users can utilize non-indexed pages in order to help with publishing efficiencies.
As a Publisher, users will see non-indexed pages in the Page Selector Modal when working within the Media, Templates, or Pages editors. When selecting a page for a Table of Contents or a Hotpoint Link, users can expect to see non-indexed pages at the top and all pages will include an Indexed Indicator, as shown below.
Tip: The new page will not be searchable in the library until
the Indexed Indicator displays a checkbox for that page.
