Documoto has several standard reports. Below are the different types of reports that can be ran to access a variety of content, order and user information:
Note: in order to access the reports, you must be in a user
group that has been given access to the Reporting module.
Bill of Materials by Book Report
The Bill of Material by Book report displays a sum of bill of materials quantities, from all parts, in all pages, within a specified media identifier.
Media Access Controls Report
The Media Access Controls report displays which media are in which media category. If desired, you can also select the report to display which Organizations have access to the media.
Page Part Tag Report
The Page Part Tag report displays all parts within a media identifier. If desired, you can select the report to display global or local part tags. The report supports filtering on specific tag names, tag values or supplier key.
Note: the Page Part Tag report has replaced the Part Tag
report.
Part Tag Report
The Part Tag report displays a defined, global part tag within a media identifier.
Orders Report
The Order Report displays all submitted orders. The report includes a summary of total orders submitted by organization, as well as individual order details, including: order number, order status, date submitted, the user (and associated organization) who submitted the order, as well as each part number, name & quantity that was included in the order.
Note: submitted order forms are viewable in Account > Orders.
Users Report
The Users Report displays the login activity of users. The report includes the organization name, last name, first name, their username, when the user was created, whether the user is enabled or disabled, last login, number of times the user has logged in, and what user group the user belongs to.
User Action Report
The User Action report displays what content users have been viewing in in Documoto. If a user is viewing a book, it will also display the chapter and page the user has accessed, as well as the number of times it has been viewed.
Note: due to the amount of data, this report is limited to a
31-day period. In other words, the start date parameter is
limited to 30 days before the end date parameter.
Where Page is Used Report
The Where Page is Used report displays which books contain a page by specifying the page filename.
Who Took Content Offline Report
The Who Took Content Offline report displays which users have taken content offline within a specified date range.
