The Documoto Library is a web-based SaaS (software as a service) application that runs in a web browser and can be accessed from any web-enabled device.
Before you use the Documoto Library, make sure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum hardware requirements for your operating system.
The Documoto Library is tested with the following web browsers running in Windows or macOS:
- Chrome (latest stable version)

- Firefox (latest stable version)
Your browser must be a stable release version; not a beta or development build. This applies to all browsers, regardless of your operating system.

Support Web Browsers
The Documoto Library is optimized for the latest two web browser versions of:
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium; not legacy)
Note: We also offer functionality and feature support for
Internet Explorer 11, but IE 11 users may notice aesthetic and
performance issues in the Library. Documoto Rocket is a
highly interactive HTML5 platform using modern web
technologies and Internet Explorer is a browser that Microsoft
will discontinue support for in August of 2021, which has not
been updated since 2013. Microsoft has also strongly
recommended all users of IE 11 move to Edge as soon as
possible. As a result, Documoto does not accept or
address Internet Explorer 11 specific defects.
If you are not using the latest versions of your web browser, you may experience degraded performance in Documoto.
If you would like to discuss specific questions or concerns regarding a web browser that you are using to access Documoto, please reach out to Documoto Support.
Browser Configuration Requirements
To ensure that the Documoto Library works properly in your browser, ensure the following are enabled:
- Javascript
- Cookies
- Local Storage
Screen Resolution Requirements
The Documoto Library is responsive and works on any web-enabled mobile device, tablet, or PC.
Tip: While Documoto is supported on any web-enabled mobile
device regardless of screen resolution, for the best possible
experience we recommend using a device with a screen
resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
Operating System Considerations
The Documoto Library is tested only on Windows and Mac operating systems. Please also ensure you are using a current and supported operating system, so it does not limit your web browser’s functionality. As mentioned above, Documoto is optimized in the latest version of all supported web browsers.
Domain & IP Address Whitelisting
If your IT team whitelists the domains that can be accessed on your devices, the following domains should be whitelisted for the Documoto Library to run properly:
If your IT team whitelists IP addresses that can be accessed from your device, the following IP addresses should be whitelisted for the Documoto Library to run properly:
- 52.20.68.73
- 104.16.19.94
- 104.16.18.94
- 172.217.2.99
- 52.85.144.52
- 52.85.144.88
- 52.85.144.90
- 52.85.144.108
- 104.236.228.8
Network Considerations
The performance of the Documoto Library is heavily dependent on users' network speeds. There are a lot of factors to consider that might affect the performance of our application (ex. if other apps you have open are using a large amount of bandwidth, it may affect your Documoto Library experience). Additionally, if your network ping signal is high, it will affect the time it takes for messages to reach Documoto and pages to load (ex. a ping of 600ms may cause a simple action like logging out of Documoto to take up to 20 seconds).
As a baseline, your network speed should be a minimum of 10 Mbps for upload and download, with a ping signal lower than 250 ms for the Documoto Library to be performant.
