This article describes how to troubleshoot and resolve issues with missing Search Criteria in Browse Flows.
Requirements for Troubleshooting
- You must be logged into a user with Tenant Admin User Group privileges
If a Category is not available in Search Criteria, review your User Group permissions to ensure that your users is assigned to least one User Group that has access to the Media Category you wish to apply as Search Criteria.
Note: the Category drop-down list is limited to ten values;
type the name of the Media Category to populate it in the list
If a Tag is not available in Search Criteria:
- Review the tag configuration to ensure the following properties are enabled:
- Confirm that the tag has been applied to at least one entity (e.g. part, page, chapter, media)
- Confirm that the entity the tag is applied to is or is included in at least one book that has Access Controls set
