This article describes how to create, edit, and delete Part Tags.
Part Tags allow publishers to capture information that will always be relevant for a particular part. For example, the weight of a part will be consistent regardless of what machine or assembly that part is used on. Given this, Part Tags are also referred to as "global" tags - as the information will be displayed as metadata wherever the part appears in the Library.
Conversely, a Page Part Tag, or "local" tag, will only be displayed when a part appears on a certain page or assembly.
