This article describes how to create and manage Page Tags in Documoto.
Publishers can use Page Tags to associate additional metadata to an interactive or static page. Examples of common Page Tags include: Assembly Number, Assembly Supplier, and Revision.

How to Add a Page Tag
- In Documoto Admin go to Content > Pages.
- Search for a Page and select from search results.
- While viewing Info, go to the Tags section near the bottom of the page.
- Click +Add.
- Select the tag name from the dropdown and enter or select a tag value.
- Click +Add and Close.
- Save all changes made.
How to Edit a Page Tag
- In Documoto Admin go to Content > Pages.
- Search for a Page and select from search results.
- While viewing Info, go to the Tags section near the bottom of the page.
- Click Edit next to the tag you wish to edit.
- Make modifications to the tag and click Close.
- Save all changes made.
How to Delete a Page Tag
- In Documoto Admin go to Content > Pages.
- Search for a Page and select from search results.
- While viewing Info, go to the Tags section near the bottom of the page.
- Click Edit next to the tag you wish to delete.
- Click the X next to the tag information and Close.
- Save all changes made.
