Documoto Admin is a web-based SaaS application that runs in a web browser.
Before you use Documoto Admin, make sure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum hardware requirements for your operating system.
Documoto Admin is tested with the following web browsers running in Windows or macOS:
- Chrome (latest stable version)
- Safari (latest stable version)
- Edge (latest stable version)
- Firefox (latest stable version)
Your browser must be a stable release version; not a beta or development build. This applies to all browsers, regardless of your operating system.

Supported Web Browsers
Documoto Admin is optimized for the latest two web browser versions of:
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium, not legacy)
If you are not using the latest versions of your web browser, you may experience degraded performance in Documoto.
If you would like to discuss specific questions or concerns regarding a web browser that you are using to access Documoto, please reach out to Documoto Support.
Note: Documoto Admin is not supported in Internet Explorer 11.
On August 17th, 2020, Microsoft announced that Microsoft apps
and services would no longer be supporting Internet Explorer
after August 17th, 2021. As a result, and given that IE will
be end-of-life within the next year, Documoto will be
following Microsoft's lead and will not support Internet
Explorer in the Rocket Admin modules.
Browser Configuration Requirements
To ensure that Documoto Admin works properly in your browser, ensure the following are enabled:
- Javascript
- Cookies
- Local Storage
Screen Resolution Requirements
The Documoto Admin module requires a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768. Documoto Admin is not tested on any device or screen resolution lower than 1024x768.
Operating System Considerations
Documoto Admin is tested only on Windows and Mac operating systems. Please also ensure you are using a current and supported operating system, so it does not limit your web browser’s functionality. As mentioned above, Documoto is optimized in the latest version of all supported web browsers.
Domain & IP Address Whitelisting
If your IT team whitelists the domains that can be accessed on your devices, the following domains should be whitelisted for Documoto Admin to run properly:
If your IT team whitelists IP addresses that can be accessed from your device, the following IP addresses should be whitelisted for Documoto Admin to run properly:
- 52.20.68.73
- 104.16.19.94
- 104.16.18.94
- 172.217.2.99
- 52.85.144.52
- 52.85.144.88
- 52.85.144.90
- 52.85.144.108
- 104.236.228.8
Network Considerations
The performance of the Documoto Admin center is heavily dependent on users' network speeds. There are a lot of factors to consider that might affect the performance of our application (ex. if other apps you have open are using a large amount of bandwidth, it may affect your Documoto Admin experience). Additionally, if your network ping signal is high, it will affect the time it takes for messages to reach Documoto and pages to load (ex. a ping of 600ms may cause a simple action like logging out of Documoto to take up to 20 seconds).
As a baseline, your network speed should be a minimum of 15 Mbps for upload and download, with a ping signal lower than 250ms for Documoto Admin to be performant.
Adobe Flash Player Considerations
In 2017, Adobe announced that they will end-of-life Flash at the end of 2020. Our first-generation Documoto products (Documoto Classic Web Library, Publisher, Tenant & Organization Admin, and Reporting modules) use Adobe Flex, which relies on Flash to run in a web browser.
In September of 2020, Documoto launched the beta version of Rocket Admin, which became generally available in December of 2020 to replace our existing Flash-based modules. Given this, we strongly request all Documoto users to cease use of Documoto’s Flash-based modules (Classic Library, Admin, and Publisher).
If you require support to upgrade to any Rocket module (Library or Admin), please contact your Documoto Customer Success Manager.
